This 45-minute class breaks down your workout into dedicated segments for upper body, lower body, core, cardio, balance, and stretching providing a focused approach to strength training with a focus on building muscle and endurance.
Using a combination of heavier dumbbells and optional Bender balls for added intensity, Split Strong targets every major muscle group in a variety of ways. Each week offers a unique split of segments, ensuring that no two classes are the same—whether you're lifting, toning, or getting your heart rate up with cardio bursts, every class is designed to leave you feeling stronger and more empowered.
Bring a set of dumbbells (medium-heavy), Bender ball (optional - sold in class), and a mat. All levels welcome.
