Barre 360 - a total body barre workout!

Barre and Pilates movements improve postural alignment, flexibility and core strength. No previous experience in dancing, barre or Pilates is required. Great for beginners!

This class includes routines choreographed to fun energetic music and works the entire body. First, a warm up to loosen up your tight muscles. Then we get right into the leg work with squats, lunges and more. Your arms will be worked too! Pilates is done on the mat targeting your entire core. The class concludes with an extended full body stretch will feel like a well-earned reward!

In this class we use mat, light dumbbells (1-5 lb, recommended) and Bender balls. Many students, including myself wear barre socks. You may purchase the balls and socks from me if you would like to have them but you can do the class without them as well.

All levels always welcome.
